3000 American Soldiers Dead in Iraq

Bush Faces of Dead Soldiers
photos of American service men and women who have died in Iraq

Within hours of Saddam Hussein’s burial the death toll for Amerian soldiers in Iraq reached 3000. Not to mention the 50 000 – 60 000 dead Iraqi civilians. Also, nine bombs just went off in Bangkok.

So we’ve got bombs, burials, and hangings as we ring in the the new year. Lovely. Let’s hope 2007 will be better for all of us.

more people died with clinton as president and yet that is not brought up.

  13. 13 Skelvyrne said at 1:04 pm on August 27th, 2008:

Good point, raiser. Mr. …, not so much. Ahem. I’m not a Christian, so please stick your assumptions as far up your ass as they can go. You guys are total dumbasses…Bush is not the CAUSE of their deaths. The faces of those soldiers? They fought for your whining asses.

All politics aside, it is a very creative idea and I like the way it was done. I simply think the idea it represents is fucking LUDICROUS.

I was bored when I viewed this but I will put my two cents in. First of all Bush is not the cause of all problems in life, congress has more power than Bush but they use that influence to pin everything on the president. Second is the fact that when you sign on with the military you do so knowing that there is the possibility of going to war and possibly dying. No one puts a gun to your head or threatens you or your family, it is your decision. Last is the fact that unless you would be willing to fight, you should not condemn others and yes Bush was in the military so he is one of the fighters. Combat is engraved into the DNA of all mankind but for somereason we as americans have decided that only those who are uneducated fight. We have become to “civilized” for such basic instincts.

Congress does not run the country, nor the senate nor the people or even bush. The major corporations have more of a say what happens with our country. 911 gave them a reason to go in and take iraqs oil. By the way after 911 the oil companies where able to build a huge refinery in texas the size of a city but theres still a giant whole in the ground at the twin towers site. god bless the usa.

i agree with jay its all corprations ther are no more countries just companies yes american soldiers are volunteers and go fight cause its there duty and they fight so we can have our freedom and i praise them for it i salute the flag im a patriot i love the usa but this nation was built on freedom independence and equal rights but we invade a country claiming they wmd’s but when nothing is found we still stay there it’s no secret we are there for the oil iraq had nothing to deal with al queda our nation went from being bullied and standing up for the people to being the bullies and oppressing those who will not live how we tell them to. main reason being when we gained independence our leaders valued their religion the freedom their families, etc. now all our leaders value and praise is the all mighty dollar thats it im an american soldier who is against the war in iraq im a patriot who still believes in life liberty and the pursuit of happiness im a working man who values real treasure in life my family im me im you im everyone i say what needs to be said but words can only get you so far cause people dont react to words only action

you say bush caused these deaths? are you stupid, anti americans, we ghot attacked on 9-11, went to afgahnistan, iraq had ties with al qeada and bin laden…I am in the army reserves so i know whats going on….. we are defending our country from future terrorism and from people that hate us. the world and US is safre bc of these brave men and women. The trade center was bombed in 1993 under clinton, he didnt do sqat about it, so it happened again, only worse. We will not bow down to our enemies. God bless the USA

First things first… this is a very creative work of art. It must have been time consuming to whoever made it.

Next, I would like to mention how sad I am to read these comments. People are getting angry and violent, passing blame from Bush to oil to whatever else. This picture is a tribute to the troops who have valiantly fought for OUR FREEDOM in a foreign country where they probably felt out of place and have paid the ultimate price for US. As disappointed as I am in the Bush administration, he is partly to blame for this mess, but not entirely. I think we only have ourselves to blame, since we elected Bush into office. What paths he chose to take after we were attacked on our soil for the first time since Pearl Harbor were goaded by the people wanting revenge for the lives lost at the Trade Center. He decided to take action to appease the people. So we can blame Bush and we can blame Saddam Hussein or Osama bin Laden and we can blame the oil companies or whoever, but ultimately, the blame lies with us.

God bless the fallen troops and their families, and may he watch over the soldiers who are still fighting their way home.
