Ship Collision Spills Crude Oil Off S’pore

SINGAPORE (Reuters) – The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) said hundreds of tons of crude oil spilled into the sea 24 miles off Singapore early on Thursday when a freighter collided with an oil tanker.
